I takes at least 3 months to come again with next visit visa. If you want to extend this present visa for 1 more month, you can approach immigration office and request with the top level official. He will do it but only for 1 month.

first its one month entry visa and after medical test it can be extended for 5 months more.
The docs. required for a visit visa are in the Govt.'s hukoomi website.

as far as I am aware you only need to leave the country and return to start again with the visit visa.
can I ask how they obtained a 6 month visit visa???
