visit visa to job visa

It was possible to Transfer the visit visa to job visa with out coming back to India and Companies used to issue NOC in this regard. But I dont know whether it is still possible. Hope someone will help you with this....

If the company who brings you here can issue NOC, I believe it is piossible

There are so many problems for returning in Work Visa from India :

1) Emigration check Problem: Some passport have ECR stamp. This is mainly to protect the uneducated citizens. But the uneducated is exploited in this regard. One need to pay middle men, govt and insurance companies which is waste of money and time.

2) Company dont issue Visa on time. Waiting waiting waiting...in India...No job there, expenses only...waste money in International phone calls to Qatar....etc

3) Need to purchase tickets to India and from India. Again the uncertainty when visa will be issued, makes u go for single ticket option, again waste money...Some times this becomes worse if the return date match any peak season.

No need to worry too much & too advance ......................

Get job. The company take care for you .he do it different. Ways

Why won't you like to go back to India .............. ? Are you afraid of somebody ............ ?

It will be the same place you came from few days back .................... !
