Dear Friend

I have experience twicely to go to UAE by road from here QATAR.The procedure First you have to apply UAE VIST VISA here in DOHA QATAR, UAE EMBASSY,with all related documents along with suitable reason+your company letter. All related documents with application form & original valid passport+qatar visa these you can arrange here from souq waqif there is lot of typist they can make ready ur all documents.when u finish this job then go to UAE EMBASSY IN DOHA and submit all documents there. They will give you two days time for to get the approval from their immigration office.after two days you can check with them, after approval u can pay visa fee their in embassy office and they will issue the visit visa by road.

Note: after UAE VISA Then u can apply transit visa for saudi arabia it is very easy they will give you.for that their is lot of agents are available they will arrange transit visa.

THANKS
