What are the requirements to get a visitors visa?

I just want to ask what are those requirements to get a visitors visa for my wife and daughter?What are the procedure, i heard that my wife need send the marriage cert, along with the original passport of my daughter, birth cert and 2x2 pics thru DHL to qatar embassy in phils..And then wifey will going to send it to me the stump requirements to me here in qatar and back to phil. after i get their visa and they still need to go back to qatar embassy in phils again for verification. IS this right? Is there any easies way to get them here?

Normal Requirements

Passport copies of your wife & daughter

Marriage certificate (attested by your Embassy & ministry of foreigh affairs)

Salary Certificate ( I think minimum salary should be 5000)

Note: Sometimes they will ask you your house contract.
