What is the procedures for getting NOC with VISA cancellation ?

Hi friends ,

I got a new Job in Qatar, so I'm going to give a VISA change. But my VISA is going to expire and not able to give normal change. So my new company ask me for cancel my old VISA and get NOC for change .So I can go to my native and come back o their VISA as their employee. Please give me advise on this and explain return NOC procedures .

your present company can only made it for you so ask your company HR for your NOC
