What is the requirments for RP visa for family.

I am completed 3months AutoCAD computer course from Indian state Government institute. I have no other degree or diploma. Is it qatar immigration accept this qualification. for salary i am elegible as per recent rules. Company providing house also, my qatar ID designation is software Engineer. But my company asking degree certificate. I attested marriage, child birth certificate and my 3months education certificate from Delhi ministry (HR, MEA and qatar empassy and qatar MOFA)

Is it can I get RP for my wife and child with this qualification. If I get NOC from company, can i apply family RP directly without company PRO.

Please, anyone who knows the process and procedure, kindly guide me and instruct me.
