What should be done when the application for husband sponsorship visa was denied?

Hi to all. Kabayan, my application to sponsor my wife from the philippines was denied at the labor dept and I have no idea what to do next. No idea why it was denied. I want to re-apply again but dunno how. Maybe theres a procedure how to re-apply for refused husband sponsored visa. My salary is above 9K and wife resigned last april here in doha(company sponsored), shes in manila now. PLease help.

Somebody suggested to go there and ask for LAJNA for an appointment.. Can I ask what is it?

same thing happens to my friend last week only, the thing you can do 1st is apply for family visit visa (6months) & within that period tell your company mandoof to transfer the visit visa to husband sponsor..thats the fastest thing to to i guezz...

you have to go back to the immigration again and check the reason, you can request for an appointment to meet the approving officer at the labour department so you can re apply

Isn't there a ban on people who have left Qatar coming back within 2 years? I think you have to get a 'no objection' letter from her previous company.

What is their reason of denial? By then we can check with some of our kababayan and some expert who knows well with the system in immigration department.

What's the reason for denying your application maybe its because the company of your wife before,as you said you earn 9k so theres no reason for the labor dept denied your application as long there is a deeper reason for it did you ask in labor dept why?And you earn 9k.You should re-apply again and ask them why?
