its my fisrt warning letter it goes like this am security guard my colleagues change me shift 1 hr late hence same time late by the car i was in but the issue was only my shift collegues were issue with warning letter which favoured others did not receive, i refuse to sign submitting my response letter but instead they offer another final warning letter for refusing to sign warning letter i stil refuse to sign the final one also because i believe i am innocent please advice again

Sign the letter and don't be late again. If you aren't part of the good-ole-boys club, there isn't much you will be able to do and they will send you home anyway.
