Hi

My rp finish last oct and this jan. next week finish my 90 days grace priod i want to go but my employer sait wait after i dont know where i go which department i go and tell my problem and i dont know my balance salary my graduity and ticket given me or not my employer

I works as a house driver

Plz give me right way where i go and what i do

If you are only labor then for your rights go to labor department. One last question. Do not ask any more doubts. Else I will go to mental hospital.

Sir if they follow the law then this problem not create they are not follow the law

What v do sir nothing bcoz v r just labor just labor once v come here after forget own family children parents and work likes slaves

I just pray to god for my exit

First settle all your disputes with your sponsor such as pending salary, servce benefits, RP penalty etc., then ask him to pay for your ticket expenses or he has to bear that as per law. Pls go back peacefully without any rupture with anybody. Good luck.

Ok but sir if i go to direct to police and tell my problm then any problem for me bcoz labour departmnt saturday close and i buy my own ticket
