And there is no quota as per nationality. If an employer has a vacancy he will look for the skills that match the job description & not nationality.
If you feel like when you look around you should only see people from your country then please go back to the country where you came from.

Don't know the reasons.. But Indian Female Visa is only available normally to Beauty Parlours and Schools..
