Wife RP - Application is Postponed

After waiting 15 days result is same. Today I went and asked them. They told me that your all documents are ok.... waiting captain signature... check after 3 days.

Still I Have to wait.....

@stealth:its not about we submitting the documents..i did submit all the documents,but they returned the bank statement and degree certificate saying that it is not required and then later they ask those documents again..and regarding the birth and marriage certificate in my case,these documents were missed by them and guess what,they have a special counter called 'missing documents' in ministry to collect the documents again which has been misplaced by them or which we havent submitted..shameless people..they dont have any shame in saying that they misplaced certain documents..

Well it's not their problem that you didn't submit the full set of documents.

next time they will ask you the bank statements..and ask to come again after 2 weeks.by then they wil find something new such as marriage certificate or kids birth certificate..its what is happening to me..all i can suggest you is that do extend the visit visa if they are here without fail.else you will have to pay 200 per day and i just paid 17000..yes you are right..its 17000 what i paid for my wife and daughter for 40 days.i just dint extend their visit visa anticipating that it wil be transferred to residence permit.

same problem with me. from last 4 month my status is "Application is postponed" they told me submit rental agreement, i had to submitted. Then after 2 weeks i went, they asked me to submit my education certificate. last week i had submitted now still showing "Application is postponed".....

I am planing to go tomorrow morning and check what are the documents that I have missed during the submission. I will let you know what was the problem.

I have the same problem.I had infact applied a month back and each time i went i had to submit certain documents again, as they missed it.At last,they asked me to submit my education certificate and asked me to come after 3 days.this was on last thursday and today suddenly status is changed from under process to application postponed.need to go again.Do post the result in your case.will be helpful.thanks.

did you submit the bank statements that cud be the reason. go to immigration and check.

It means that the application is rejected or postponed for some reason. you need to go to the immigration to check why it is postponed.
