WORK VISA
I HAVE COME TO QATAR RECENTLY FROM PHILLIPINES IN A WORK VISA THROUGH AN AGENCY.I HAD SIGNED IN A CONTRACT TO WORK HERE IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL AS A CHEF IN PHILLIPINES.BUT AFTER I CAME HERE,TO MY SURPRISE THE AGENCY IS ASKING ME TO WORK FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSES IN A HOUSE/OFFICE FOR SOME DOMESTIC/OFFICE WORK.EVEN THOUGH THEY ALLOW ME TO WORK IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL AS A CHEF FOR MY PERIOD OF 8 HOURS CERTAIN TIMES ,REST OF THE TIME THEY ARE THREATENING US TO WORK IN THESE KIND OF WORK.IAM SO WORRIED AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?I WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL TO ALL YOU GUYS IF YOU CAN GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS HOW TO COME OUT OF THIS HURDLE AND WORK IN MY PROFESSION WITHOUT ANY THREATENING?I HAVENT EVEN STARTED MY PROCESSES FOR GETTING MY QID.HOW CAN I SEEK A SOLUTION FROM GETTING OUT OF THIS AGENCY AND JOINING IN A DIRECT CONTRACT?IS THIS POSSIBLE?
