very possible and more favorable on wife's side.Can choose job and can demand more higher salary than having work visa on contract basis. im on the way also doing it for my wife. GODBLESS TO US.

YES! It's possible and easy with your husband's company He will just give it to their liaison officer (together with all the requirements of course) and they'll be the one whose going to change your visa to husband sponsor.
