Hi everyone, Would really request your advice on my situation. I am on a work visa with a company here. My medical and fingerprint were completed recently. However, my contract was not done by the company till now and hence there is no RP. My passport is with me right now. Recently, I got another job in UAE and would like to shift there. My query is - 1. Can I exit Qatar if my fingerprint is done?, 2. Is an exit permit from my current sponsor required?, 3. The current sponsor is asking for my passport to get the RP stamping done. Should I give it to them? Does it impact me in any way if I shift to the UAE. Kindly help. Much appreciated. - Vineesh

Thanks Enigma.. I'm not on probation. My job was confirmed few months back. Just that the RP process is ongoing and completed till fingerprint. Can I exit Qatar if fingerprint is done?

During probation period employee and sponsor can be terminate employement at anytime. Just communicate with u sponsor for resign and go.
