If you have just few months visit visa and not a family visa (RP), you cannot work here. Its illegal, you will not get a work permit for visit.

You can work but you need a valid work permit to work under Husband sponsorship.

If you do not have valid work permit, your work is illegal and can take legal actions against you and your employer.

Yes, you can work without any problem under your husbands sponsorship. You can later transfer or change your sponsorship when you get a proper job offering you an overseas visa or a local visa.
