Question.
Can I come back in Doha with visit tourist visa from working visa permit? Can I get RP or working visa from another employer without the need of NOC from my previous employer since I just signed offer letter not the contract and my passport has not been stamped yet?

Situation:
I decided not to push through with my employment in this company for personal reason. I just signed offer letter and gave them all the docs few days after i told them not to proceed with the working visa as I decided to exit and get another 1 month visit visa. Unfortunately they applied already. My working visa just recently issued since I decide to leave the country this employer asked me to leave the country ASAP I surrendered them my passport.SO after a day or two I will leave the country with exit permit.
