Working visa transfer to another sponsor inquiry

My visa was transferred to my company only this Sept3. I don't have RP, not go through finger printing, medical etc. Is it possible for my working visa to be transferred to another sponsor within a year? They are saying that you need to wait for 1 year. Please advise me! I need your help badly. If you have some link to regarding this, give it to me, I read the Qatar Labour Law and this case is not indicated. Thanks!

Dear abuelrubm,

Just exit the country and come back on new work visa.

As you have not got Qatar resident permit, your current company can't ban you.

Hello Everybody.. I have the same question here.. I got a work VISA to work as an electrical engineer with a contracting company in Qatar, I arrived on 11.08.2014 (4 weeks ago), but I didn't like the company for many reasons.. Anyway, I have not make the medical test yet, no fingerprint also.. I found another chance to work with a well known consultant and I want to check if transferring my current sponsor to the new one is possible before getting my Qatar ID... It is an excellent chance and I don't want to waste it... Any help and suggestions please

No need of re-attesting them.

@luthfe My certificates had already stamped in C-ring when they processed my current visa. Should I need to get them attest again?

If you got your Qatar ID card then you have to wait for 1 year to transfer but in your case you can transfer right now but you have to get NOC from your current sponsor. If you are going to join the new company on executive grade visa then you have to get your certificates attested. You can get more info on attestation from www.asiaattestation.com
