My company dont want to release me and also does not want to transfer my visa in to husband visa...If I will resign and they will cancel my visa, i will go back to my country or origin while my husband visa is on processing and how long it will take the process?

it's easy for your husband to get you a family or resident visit. but the only problem will be for applying for a resident permit. the CIDG department will be discovering your finger print once you go for it again and they will recquire a no-objection letter from your previous sponsor. so better acquire NOC before going home.

how do i know all of these? im still undergoing this agony right now.i have done what you are planning to do.

My Housemate went home to the Philippines last May 2008. She was cancelled by her sponsor. She will be back as husband sponsor but until now the papers still on process... it will take time for processing the visa even her husband is receiving good salary in a good company....I have 2 friends with same situtation....
