I came here in qatar last march 18 through a family visit visa. I was able to renew it 5x.. I am already 6 months here this coming september and my visa will expire on sept.14. Can I request renewal for another 1 month? I already signed a job offer and they said they are now processing the transfer of my visa to their company but it's been a week already and I haven't receive a word from the company regarding my visa status. Im running out of time because government offices will be closed this coming eid. What shall i do? Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

I listen on one radio channel they called the captain regarding the visit visa issues. He said visa craft not matter if you have salary more than 4500 qatri riyal jst apply visa with documents. But when you go to jawazat to apply family visit visa then there are tons of requirements by jawazaat people. If anyone having salary more than 5K then why these people have any problem to issue the viait visa.

A friend submitted Wife Visit Visa Application couple of days ago. Apart from the mentioned Documents in the website, following are required: -There is no minimum salary limit for visit visa, but if your salary is less than QAR 5000/- monthly, you need signature from the Visa Centre Manager. -Accommodation contract is needed, but baladiya stamp is not important. We submitted it without. -Though it is still UNDER PROCESS, hopefully it will be approved. Key to success: -If one CRO or Captain or Service Center rejects, try another on the same day time. -Mesaimeer SC said need baladiya stamp, salary 5000 minimum etc, we went to the Main Branch -The token guy said, come tomorrow, we waited half an hour and again asked he gave a token -The lady said salary less then 5000, get it signed by Captain, first Captain said, come tomorrow and meet the Captain. We went to another Captain and he signed -The CRO took the paper and now we are waiting for APPROVAL as it shows UNDER PROCESS

Now the rule is changed. Now visiting visa also MOI required Villa contract attested by Baladiya (Municipality).with out this contract they will reject your visa. you can try may be some of the moi office will accept that is depending on your luck.... good luck...

Recently me also go for permanent visa. Iam working as a HSE Manager but in my ID foremen. They are not ready to provide family visa. Now they did a good thing, no need too wait for 3 months after you leave from Qatar. you can comeback at the next day in another visit visa. Dear Kiran Kumar, You can go your nearest emigration office with your ID and visa copy of your visa and took token for visa renewal. once you get call from counter tell them how-many months you want to renew. At the first time they will allow to renew for 5 more months. After that you will get a token from he same counter for captain and they will give you one month more. For each month 200QAR.

Even you have 10k salary, Qatar rules will not allow to bring your family without having a good profession in your Qatar ID. I don't know why these peoples are looking at this profession in ID. If a person cant afford to live with his family here, he ll not bring, its a common logic. But Qatar thoughts are backwards.

You cannot extend family visit visa for more than 6 months. You have to exit and come back with a new visa. The gap of 3 months is been nullified you can come back as soon as you secure a new visit visa. Sponsors mother and father, brother and sister max 6 months and Sponsors mother in law and father in law, brother in law and sister in law only 3 months max. To extend your visit visa from 1 month initial to few months ahead you have to take the visa copy and passport to the Medical Commission in Abu Hamour, do the medical test check the result if your are fit. Go to the immigration also in evening with just the passport and ask for extension per month 200 Qrs. and when you extend your family visit visa to more than one month you have to take exit permit for that person when he or she is leaving.

hi , i have applied for for family visit visa for my wife and i have received application number and date 17/08/2014 but when i checked it shown "application deferred please submit the missing papers" and on 19/08/2014 i went to rayyan emigration and submitted the Job contract paper updated and received the same approval number. but still its showing the same "application deferred please submit the missing papers" Please anyone can advise me what is the problem with application. why its getting delayed. please inform me if anybody has any idea regarding this Thanks Jamsheer 74493536
