I believe you've seen lots of dodgy cowboy-style construction by the Chinese in Africa!
There are quite a few jokes here in the industrial area about their ''quality'' too.

I just hope that the Chinese who built the scyscrapers at the Corniche have actually put cement instead of ash in the concrete mix!
