Please do not complain about silly things because what for you might be a little comment can end up in them having their already miserable salary reduced.

That comment above, written in the first thread, left me cold and would stop me putting my kids in there. If management react to constructive criticism or a valid complaint by cutting staff wages, then that says enough about the place for me and I would certainly not put my kid there.
