vodafone bad technical staff , disaster!
Since 15 days my vodafone post paid is not working mainly data, sms and even incoming outgoing calls.
4 times visited vodafone office and called 10 times customer service but still no reply no any progress because they dont know what to do!
I did message to CEO of vodafone that if u are not able to do clear a single complain then better close the business as now its getting worst.
So tomorrrow i am switching to Oreedo postpaid regardless of higher in cost.
Need a good trustable service not like a unprofessional bad service by vodafobe .
Vodafone don t have good technical staff thatswhy they are suffering a lot and may be more in future.
I called just now customer service and request to send my voice revording to your CEO so that he can understand the problems of people.
Still they are rigid no reply no call no any progress.
Data, incoming , outgoing, sms .......disaster!
Switch to Ooredoo, customer service may not be great either but the connectivity is good.
Same story here. Got Vodafone postpaid internet SIM few month back. Service is so bad that I am able to use hardly 3 GBs out of 7 offered in the package. I usually wait till 10:30 PM to download things. Before that it is impossible due to less speed..
whats new? another Vodafone failure on customer service! Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty, but you will feel much better, when you accept that customer service does not exist here in Qatar.
