The project included the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths with a length of 1.7 Kilometer along Al Ennabi Street with many trees and bushes adding the aesthetic appearance to the street. Also, pedestrian tracks and cycle paths are constructed connecting with Umm Al Doom Street and Al Rayyan Al Jadeed Street.
Several trees are planted to keep the paths shaded throughout and the natural environment is preserved. The project also included the construction of 1.2km of the treated water network.
The implementation of cycle path along Al Ennabi Street within the project has achieved completion of connected Cycle paths beginning from Umm Al Dome Street up to Dukhan highway, linking many important spots such as Al Shafi Street, Education City, Golf Club, and this comes within the plan of the committee to implement a connected cycle path network in Qatar.
It is worth noting that Ashghal is currently continuing the implementation of beautification works on many streets in Doha including the North Road project and Al Terhab project.

That's great. We need more cycle lanes that are interconnected.
