Flouride: RAT POISON!

Excerpts from the report..

Did you know that for years fluoride was classified as a toxic waste in this country? In fact, not too long ago its only approved uses were as an insecticide and a RAT POISON! And that's just how your body treats it - as a poison.

Plenty of studies have been done over the years - and the results are frightening. Fluoridation has been linked to immune system alteration, musculoskeletal harm, genetic damage, thyroid dysfunction, and even cancer.

Do you think all that's worth preventing cavities?

Before you answer that, I have one more wrench to toss at you. More and more studies are showing that ingesting fluoride has absolutely no bearing on preventing tooth decay. And now the American Dental Association is advising that parents NOT give fluoridated water to babies - BECAUSE IT CAN CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE!

Abdullah2008- you might have some opinions there that could lead to an interesting discussion, but first you need to tighten up your writing style and express yourself more clearly.

What exactly are you trying to say?  Nowhere above is "America" mentioned, what's with the random digression?  Creatures?  What creatures are you talking about?  Finally, if flouride is a rat poison, are you saying that "Muslim nations" should celebrate the poisoning and injury of others?

Did you think it critically?

As America trying do destroy Muslim countries..

The god don't hamper them by people, He is hampering them

by that small creature.

It's a nice news for Muslim nation..

we are happy about this

bye

I doubt it very much. I've recently mentioned in another thread that the dosage of flouride is essential in water supplies.  The recommended dosage is 1.0mg/l (or parts per million) although some Codes of Practice give a range between 0.5 to 1.5 mg/l.

Flouride does prevent tooth decay if the dosage is within these limits.  Over-dosage can also lead to blackening of the teeth besides being harmful to health.  So, just like any other chemical or drug, correct dosage is absolutely vital.

The link you posted does not mention anything about recommended or allowable dosage.
