Muslims & Hindus are two beautiful eyes of "One India"

India is home to millions of people practicing different faiths, in view of which, the founders of country formulated a constitution describing India as a “Secular” country where everyone would enjoy a full right to practice his religion freely.

However upon accession of Modi to the power, the govt. has started to make India a Hindu state, where Hindu religion and its teaching overrule other religions, which has now started to cause frictions within the country.

Modi, who is a devout Hindu, is behind all this happening, because he thinks that Hindu religion is supreme than other religions and he is duty bound to promote it at every level. Unfortunately he is undermining the wisdom of those who founded India and gave it a total Secular (Non Religious) status, knowing that it is the only force that can keep India united.

Contrarily, India would disintegrate under its own burden of religious divide.

If Modi is far sighted, he needs to come forward by uttering that “Muslims and Hindus” are two beautiful eyes of one India”.

India is a beautiful country with a rich history. It is the biggest democracy in the world. Sadly, it is all too easy for politicians and especially religious leaders to use religion to "manipulate" the people for the sake of power. The people themselves need to get wiser to this.
