-Myanmar Muslims Brace for Possible Genocide-

QatariRevolutionist
By QatariRevolutionist

It is a heartbreaking to read an everyday story on Muslims in Myanmar, as the world watches in silence. Too bad, no interest, or oil in Myanmar, otherwise countries will be defending freedom, tolerance and preventing ethnic and religious clashes just like what they did in other countries, really what a shame!

Please do your part as a human, we can't change everything radically, but we can spread the word, we can shed a light on how Muslims are prosecuted and being killed, and we can definitely donate with as much as we can, just don't remain silent, speak up for those who are weak!

We will keep finding reasons don't worry guys.

before they were witches, then they became jews, then they became black , then they became muslims...it will never stop unless everybody and i mean everybody make a stand against that.

By one_shot• 2 Apr 2013 16:21

all of us has this anger against something around us.

it could be your neighbor or your boss or your work mate.

we start stereotyping to make it easy just like what happened in america against arabs or muslims after 9 11 .

but when this rage reached to a level to kill someone and take his soul out of his body no matter if he is a kid or a woman or a man just because u hate him/her, you must know that we reached to a level lower than animals.

AT LEAST ANIMALS KILL FOR HUNGER NOT FOR HATE.

and believe me .......AS a human Race ...we reached a loooooot below this level.

i am not trying to be Pessimistic here but this is the truth.

Governments and politicians are increasing the hate among groups of the same society to they can rule and steal more and more.

Now in Mynamar it is because of hate against muslims.

in syrilanka the fight was against Hindus and now it is against muslims.

By one_shot• 2 Apr 2013 16:14

on the other hand why we don't see this in the west?

because a group of people mistakenly teach the human beings that they have rights to be earned whether governments liked it or not.

Sadly we didn't have this chance in the East and Middle east.

Myanmar is a very poor country...if it had oil then it would be among the richest countries which unfortunately is not...:)...so it is not for oil and it is hatred of buddist towards muslims

what i am trying to state here is that there is nothing called Humanity.

everybody is looking for himself and his advantage , being sad about the issue will never change it.

Humanitarian institutes are a big lie , runs by some specific governments to gain the public opinion.

a lot of Iraqi died.

a lot of Bosnians.

a lot of somalians and syrians & afgani & pakistani died

i am just setting examples here.

it will not change unless a public movement rise up, if we will depend on our governments then we will gain nothing.

Syria has about 50 times as much oil as Myanmar, do you think that's why there are no countries willing to try and solve their killing?

this is a waste of time post.

people will not do action.

most of Syrians need therapy of what they witnessed .

believe it or not for me now , watching a chopped kid or burned woman or raped girl is like watching a view from my window.

i am not telling it is correct, but i can't hide what i feel.

one year back i was screaming in all websites and humanitarian websites, but nothing can be done.

politics will win at the end.

believe it or not i witness people react with 3 legs dog more that 100 child slaughter with knives.

we are living in a very crawl wold, and it is not nice as most of us think .....we are just living an illusion.

I really don't think religion is to blame for this sort of stuff. It's just people killing others with whom they have a political, social or sectarian disagreement.

In actuality there are many many cases of genocide and persecution of minorities, ethnic cleansing, and interfaith/interracial violence and killings occurring around the globe that either the Internationale media is unaware of or simply not reporting as much as they should.

The reason for these adversities and catastrophes are nearly always the same, though. Godless individuals with nefarious intentions, posing as righteous upholders of justice and morality, flame hatred among communities, which the ignorant and impetuous fall for. And of course all those extremists with their blind-following blood thirsty crew. Truly these are poxes upon our earth that should be exterminated!

Fathimah sadly what's currently happening in Myanmar isn't all that different to what's been happening in Nigeria for years now.

Nigeria ought to be a rich and prosperous country brimming with oil wealth. Instead it is full of poverty and religious fueled violence between the Christian and Muslim population.

And as mentioned above, China's Muslim Uyghur population in the Xinjiang region are also the victims of ethnic cleansing. Coincidentally in a region of the country full of oil wealth.

IT'S SO SAD AND DISGUSTING TO SEE THE SAD PLIGHT OF MUSLIMS.

It's heartbreaking! I wish the whole world becomes Muslim so that there will be no Non-Muslims to treat them like this.

Very informative reads. And whilst these discoveries could indeed spell great success and advancement to the people of Burma, it sadly doesn't seem to be of help in ridding those persecuted of their grievances and agony. Unless of course some sanctions are applied and steps taken by the powers that be, the future of the Roghiniya does seem bleak..

People please again! I posted this because I happened to get this via email, and it's a precised problems around the world, people are getting murdered everyday, lots of oppression going on, ethnic cleansing still exist.

In humanity there is no difference when it comes to religion, ethnic, gender, nationality, etc..

If I talked about Muslims it doesn't mean I am against Jews, if I talked about Y it doesn't mean I am against X, so on.

Killing a human being irrespective of his race or religion is haram. Even if it a Muslim killing a Jew or a Hindu killing a Muslim. What I don't understand in Myanmar why the Budha Priests who preaches "ahimsa" are killing people?

y cant it be stop harming or killing the people in myanmar??

okay!! so did we find any posts regarding the killings in syria?? NO! coz it was the murder against the same community.. and there was no reasoning to blame some other religion for that., and hence the topic was kinda boring to be discussed

And the oppressed shoud be helped regardless of their faiths and beliefs. Yes we are aware that around the world people are being killed and persecuted unjustly and unlawfully, and all these are villainous and condemnable acts, however the topic here is particularly about the plight of the Roghiniyas in Burma who are currently going through much torture and calamities due to some evil and oppressive people.

Hope and pray they get the support and assistance they need to end their very sad situation, just as I hope and pray all those despotized and abused everywhere would, regardless of their religion and race!

@Petjack? So you justify the open genocide of muslims in Myanmar?

So if muslims are killed, other muslims cannot even share that news? Muslims are not humans? They are the best of humans, if only you could understand.

This is the new world of 'clicktivism' where people think it's enough just to post about stuff on Facebook, and click "Like", or forward on emails.

If you want to make a difference you need to give actual money to actual charities to make an actual difference.

these kind of posts are enough for some to sprout hatred to the non-muslim community
