Aspire Logistic introduces half-court contest at this year’s basketball competition

Aspire Logistics’ premier street basketball tournament returns to Doha on Saturday, as defending champions, ‘The Heat’ return with hopes of claiming the trophy once again.

This year’s Doha Jam will see sixteen amateur teams go head-to-head in the ultimate three-on-three tournament at the outdoor basketball courts in Aspire Park, between 3pm and 7pm.

Residents are encouraged to come down to Aspire Zone to join in the fun and cheer on their favorite teams from the dedicated spectator’s tribune.

A new addition to this year’s competition is the half-court contest in which five randomly selected audience members will be invited to make a free-throw shot from the half-court mark, before the start of the final match. If the individual makes the shot, they will be awarded.
