2nd Sponser Change in Qatar in 6 months
Sponser change 2nd time in Qatar:

Need an advice:
Changed sponser in 2015 Sep which was first time without an exit from Qatar.
Due to some reasons got NOC release again from the second new employer very recently.
If some one help or advise to change sponser without an exit on 2nd time without completion of 1 yr . I heard there is way by paying penalty or with influence but couldnot confirm it.
I ve Noc release but cant exit due to bank loan and to avoid family visa cancellation.
Also few offers i have too.
I cond an engineer visa and in Qatar since 2007.
Pls help and advise
