By Niharika

Hello, im Niharika from India. I've been to 2 interviews with Qatar Foundation already to be an administrative assistnt in the IT department. Some people are telling me that the salary is good but because I have another oil and gas company that already offered me money, I don't know if i should still wait for the word from QF. Please let me knw the salary range for admin assts if you know. Thank you.

As much as QF is a good pay master, I would really say, its always good to behind a bird in hand rather than two in the bush, if i have got that proverb right....lol...

Chodo sub baatein and join the Oil and Gas sector, you always know thats a good pay master irrespective of whatever, however you wanna still wait for another bird to fall in the hand, carry on

But whatever happens, its a norm of this SITE, that for everyone who advises you, whichever bird you take (job i mean), you need to give them (us) a party...looool...ok...

I was once offered a job in QF for Admin Assist position, what they offered is around 5.5K basic with allowances it is was something like 7500/-  not sure about the current situation. QF is definitely one of the best employers in Qatar.  Some of the Oil & gas companies pay Bonus. QF don’t pay bonus.
