Advice Pls

Hi Everybody,

One of My friend working here in a telecommunication Co. as an Accountant.He has 1(Qatar)+4(India) year experience in this field and his total package is
6000 QAR.
Do u think Is it the right salary of a person having 5 year exp.If no can he request for a salary increase.

Its fair enough as his exposure to M.E. market is only 1 yrs Maximum. He has to wait for atleast 2 years more b4 he seeks increment

Other advice is that he starts searching for job in other GCC countries. There is a chance he might better offer
