Are the Basic Salary of Qatar law is change for expatriates?

I was aware of it that the local qataris are increasing of 60% from their basic.
My question is how about us? as a non qataris,
1.)Is there any increment of our salary?
2.) The government Implement already that the recent Job i'm working is required to increase?
3.) and how much the basic salary we can get if ever the government is already implemented of the said increment?
