Average salary for IT Technician in QP?
Hello guys i got an offer from QP for IT Technician and they offered me 5700 QR As Basic Salary and i will receive all the allowances housing and transport and annual ticket.
So i need to know if the basic salary offered to me is in the range of this job title or they just offered me the minimum.
And i wanna know the amounts of the housing and transport allowance for this grade (I am single male).

If this is QP, then 5700 is low. (It must be grade 7)
Housing will be 5500 for single.
for an IT technician, you might be receiving more than the average for basic salary i Guess. Housing Allowance for single ranges 3000-5000 Qar and family status for 5000-above. You can get 1500-2000Qar room in a flat. Less if you share room with others. Transpo is around 1000-2000 qar. But make sure that your home to office is not far so you can save some from your transpo allow. This is based from an Multinational Engineering firm where Ive worked with. Maybe other company offer less or more.
