I am searching for a purchase engineer job in a good reputed organization.
I have 2 years experience in Manufacturing company at Samsung India electronics Pvt Ltd.
So kindly let me know which are the best companies and job consultants in Qatar who recruit for purchase engineer.
How much salary can i expect in Qatar for a 2 years experience purchase engineer.
Please help me to start a good carrier in Qatar ..

Upload you CV in Bayt.com, monster.com etc. Visit the websites of qatar based co's and look in the career section for openings.

However based on your post I don't think any Company will call you - I hope your CV is drafted better than your post.
