IS THE COMPANY OBLIGED TO PAY GRATUITY EVEN THE EMPLOYEE IS NOT UNDER THEIR SPONSORSHIP?

Is the Company obliged to pay the End of Service (Gratuity) payment even the resigned Employee is not under their Sponsorship?

Y dont u confirm tat with the Qatar labor law (jst google it and u will find it)

If he worked legally with the company (signed an employment contract and had a working permit) yes he can claim for gratuity but if not, he do not have right to claim for gratuity.
