Department manager salary for Messaied based oil and gas company , qp group

currently working at U.A.E and offered a job messsaied based oil and gas company as department manager at corporate level.

process engineer with 19 years of experience , working currently as department manager and getting about 29000 plus all family status benefits at u.a.e

my new offer is about 34000 basic and other benefits like housing, child education , medical , company car , etc provided. i am also getting all benefits , all most same in U.A.E including bonus and end of service benefits.

Does basic salary of 34000 is ok looking at experience of 19 years and current salary of 29000 with a very stable job in U.A.E

One benefit i am looking at is better indian schools. At my current location in U.A.E School is average type
