Doctors getting how much salary in health centers at Doha???

Please do you have any idea about, how much salary the doctors getting in Health Centers in Doha???

My father is doctor-master degree in INTERNAL MEDICINE-
with experience more than 28 years, Syrian nationality.

He got offer from one of the health centers in Doha, but we have no ideas about the avarages, could anybody help us in this????
