Does Anyone know about the salary package of QA Customer Service Agents?

I have recently recieved an email from Qatar Airways inviting me for a presentation followed by an assessment test next week. As per the email, only sucessful applicants in the assessment test will be called for an interview within 2 days.

Does anyone know what that assessment test is all about and what is the average expected salary offer for QA customer service agents?
