Dolphin offer

Hey Guys i got an offer from dolphin company for PR position with salary 2500 QR per month + Transportation + Accommodation and i think its a very poor offer

Can any one tell me if i would succeed to negotiate about it and how much salary should they pay for this job

Also How its their accommodation and transport condition ?

I'm an Egyptian btw
