Electrical utility (energy sector)- qatar government sector

I am a US citizen, currently working in power utility sector in the US. I am a licensed professional Electrical engineer in the US. I am interested in the same type of job in Qatar power sector (Government)
What salary rang i should expect and what other befits?

@arkb. Why someone from US can not get those type of jobs? Why only ppl from India and phli? .i didn't understand your logic.
Do they hire people by skills and qualification or by nationality?
and what type of specialized occupations you referred to?.... i would still like to know the range of salary and benefits before apply for a job.
Usually these types of jobs are filled by people from The Philippines or India.
Unless you have a strong specialism that's in demand. Will be difficult to get a job.
Try to find a job - you can worry about salary later.
