End of service and Gratuity Calcultaion

This is a query for one of my friend, he has worked for a company here in Qatar for exactly 5 years...

Could you please advise me the calculation for End of services and Gratuity calculation ( it will be for 21 days or 28 days)??

XPat, It is 21 days / year for first 5 years, 28 days / year from the 6th year onwards ............ It is not Dubai.
