Friends, WHAT WIL DO FOR TO GET SALARY AFTER TERMINATION

A COMPANY TERMINATED ME WITHOUT PAYING MY ONE MONTH SALARY.I HAVE TRYING TO GET LAST THREE MONTHS BUT THE LAZY MANAGER IS TELLING COME NEXT WEEK ON EVERY TIME .NOW ITS OVER THREE MONTHS.HE IS TELLING THE SAME THING.WHAT I CAN DO TO GET MY SALARY,FRIENDS.PLS GIVE SOME SUGGESTIONS.
