How many hours/week you are going to work ? how many months/year you are going to get paid? Are you gonna work nights ?
If it is a (non-university) teaching job as some suggested, it is exceptionally high.
If it is normal teaching job, "additional bonuses" are unheard of.
But we don't know what the job is, so it is very difficult to comment.
