Gratuity

I am working with the MNC company since feb.2009, almost 5 years and 6 months. My quotation is how they will calculate my gratuity? They may calculate for less than 5 years as 21 days for year or above 5 years as 30 days for year. Could you please advise anyone I am eligible for above 5 years?.or not

Madh, Let me tell you , don't fight with your managers / HR folks while leaving your job . You may need their help in the future , even some wives create problems & encourage their hubbies to argue with the authorities on petty issues so be smart at this critical moment. ... .............
