Help ^__^ Am a newly graduate architect , and i need some guidance in Qatar architecture companies

Am A newly Graduated female architect , am a little bit lost about where to apply for a job , i have no experience and i need to start at a good company so i can grow in it .. where should i apply ?! and what is the salary rate for none experienced architects, Ps, i have a Syrian nationality .
