yes, I'd say you have a good benchmark with your previous uae experience; some things like housing and education can be pricier than dubai while others are cheaper; you need to be making at least the same as the uae and ideally 25% more; since we don't know how recently you were in Dubai and since the picture changes pretty rapidly in the gulf with regard to these things; best of luck :-)
