Also, I would like to know how long it takes to get Qatar PR. Is it easy to get Qatar Driving Licence?

You Won't be Able to Sponsor your Wife on Family Visa... Minimum Required Basic Salary is 10,000 QAR/Per month...

It seems an okay offer for an Indian. I dont know if you require a 2BHK for a husband and wife. Max you need is a 1BHK.

Compare with what you have currently, the additional expenses you incur and take a decision.

Ask for if possible to increase the House Allowance and car allowance / Month.

For a Standard Flat here you need around 5000 Qrs and for a standard car around 1600 Qrs / Month .

Others are ok . Ask for 15.000 Qrs Life wont be that Bad :)

2bed house average rent is 5000qr, rest you should be able to guess
