I have been offered 18,000QR pm salary, 1260QR pm Car allowance, medical, accom, flights. Good? Bad?

That's way too low, turn it down. They should be paying twice that for you.

Oh yeah, what's the job? Do you have experience in that field? How does that offer compare to what you make now? Or are you just going to accept a job based soley off the opinion of strangers who have no idea what you do?

If the salary is for some manager post of normal company then its good, if the salary is for General Manager of some good company then its very bad...judge your self.

Good, Bad ? How can we judge when we do not know what position it is. If you just ask if it is good or Bad yo will get a lot of stupid answers. I myself would say that it is a bad salary and you should not take it, others would say the opposite as we judge from what we get ourselves.

Its pretty good, enjoy it. If it is a Government offer, your employer will probobly ask you to comfort yourself in the office for a couple of months and send you to a oriental programme for a few weeks under a technician or foreman ( a third class employee with 1/5th of your salary) to learn what you are supposed to do and will advice the technician/foreman to help you by all possible means! enjoy your journey...
