I m not paid for Dec 09 & Jan 2010 & due this have resigned since i m in probation period

Hi All,

I need to check certain things...

I m in probation period as per my contract & have resign with one week notice because my company has not paid salary for Dec 09 & Jan 2010 apart from this management is not employee friendly about their well being, family back home etc etc. I am working here as Operations manager. I am undergoing some health related issues also.

I need to know if they don't give me release as per my requested day. what are my rights as per qatar labor law?
will ministry help me in going out from here?

I need a legal advice on this.

If your visa is stamped, guess u will require a NOC to change sponsorship whether in probation or not.
