It is better you ask to the concern authorities... go to labor dept in c-ring road...you will find your answer there... go and dont waste time..every second count :-)

May be your Company or HR dont know what is LS and Gratuity.
LS will be paid to the employees, before proceeding the vacation and Gratuity is at the time of Resignation or Cancel.
But if your company provide it in advance, is it Good no?
Some companies not pay :(
There is no offence. ie the company paid what said in the Law.
