Job in Aljazeera Academy

Hello ,
I got an offer from the Aljazeera Academy in the IT field. As i am new in doha i dont have so much information about this academy. so can u tell me something about the work environment and the careeer growth in this academy.
Its certainly not right to pass indiscriminate and negative comments about AlJazeera Academy, just because some disgruntled teacher had problems with the administration.Yes there was this sleazy director but he has left and the new management is doing their best to overhaul the system. I have my two children (son and daughter) going there and my advice to parents and would be teachers is not to go by one sided comments.It is certainly one of the best schools and the staff is just wonderful.
last year a teacher posted a warning for future employees and parents to avoid it like the plague! Staff were mistreated and management only interested in making money. Heard lots of negative comments from dissatified parents so just be careful especially if you need the school to sponsor you!
